| Fully
Licensed Bars Complete Package. |
|
We provide
fully licensed bars for all types of events. From small wedding receptions
to major outdoor festivals. We provide a standard pay bar in which guests
pay for their own drinks or you can set up customer accounts or a bar
tab. We provide all equipment, furniture and glassware and carry a wide
range of beverage which includes draught beer, bottled beers, alcopops,
wines, spirits and soft drinks. The bar is fully manned by our smartly
dressed staff for the duration of the event.
We do not
charge for this service provided there is over 100 people attending. For

| Drinks
On Arrival. |
| For
any event we can supply welcome drinks for your guests which can be served
by our professional waiting staff. Welcome drinks could include Bucks Fizz,
Pimms & Lemonade, Wine, Soft Drinks and more. The price of welcome drinks
start at £2.00 per person. This service is available with our pay
bar service or as a stand alone service. |

| Wholesale
Wines, Champagne & Sparkling Wine. |
| We
offer a selection of wines champagne and sparkling wine at very competitive
wholesale prices. This is suitable for placing on guest's tables or for
toasts. Prices start from only £5.00 per bottle and include free glassware
hire. Any unopened wine can also be returned for a full refund. |

| Cocktail
Bars. |
| If
you are looking to add a little excitement into your event then the cocktail
bar is ideal. This is available as an addition to the normal bar. Our trained
staff will amaze your guests with flamboyant bottle spinning and cocktail
presentations. Guests are able to choose from a wide selection of international
cocktails, which are prepared and served throughout the night. |

| Wine
Bars |
|
For a more
specialised event we offer our wine bar service. This can be requested
together with our standard pay bar or as a stand alone unit.
The wine
bar carries a large selection of traditional and new world wines together
with vintage ports and premium brandies. Guests can purchase wine by the
bottle from a choice of 3 wine lists. The wine lists include a connoisseur's
choice of finer wines. Our wine waiter will assist your guests with wine
selections and advice. We also supply wholesale wine suitable for placing
on tables to allow you to choose in advance.
If you are
planning a wine tasting event then this can be arranged with our sommelier
who will be happy to guide you through the evening.

| Real
Cask Ale |
|
If you are
a true real ale lover then never fear. We are able to provide bars with
a selection of traditional cask ales. Ideally 48 hours is required to
enable the beer to settle however if time is short then we can also provide
"bright" ale. This is where casks are left to settle at our
warehouse and then poured off into easy serving casks the day before your
event. This eliminates all sediment and retains the original flavour.
The ales can then be transported and moved without any problems. This
service can be added onto our normal bar package.
We do not
charge for this service, however for smaller functions with less than
250 people attending any remaining ale that is not consumed must be purchased
from us at cost as we cannot resell this ale after the function. For larger
events and beer festivals please contact
us for special arrangements

| Glass
& Equipment Hire |
| We
have a large stock of glassware, crockery, drink dispensing equipment, linen
and other items all of which are available for hire at very competitive
rates. Glassware tends to start at £1.00 per dozen. Please contact
us to discuss your requirements. |

|
| Full
Bar Equipment Hire - Do It Yourself |
| If
you would like to run your own bar then we can provide all necessary equipment.
You can rent all equipment with or without stock. A full bar including all
glassware, equipment and setup starts at £400. Please feel free to
discuss your requirements. Any unopened stock can be returned after your
function for a full refund. |

| Bar
Staff & Waiting Staff |
| If
you have your own function and just wish to hire staff, we have professional
bar tenders and serving staff that are available at an hourly rate. Staff
are charged at £10.00 per hour per person. All staff are dressed in
black trousers or skirts, white shirts / blouses, waistcoats and ties ensuring
a professional image is maintained at all times. |
